同じ就労移行支援でも事業所ごとに特色があるため、自分の求めるサービスを提供しているかどうかを見極めることが大事。確認するポイントとしては、自分の障がいに対するサポートがあるか、希望職種がある場合は、それに関する訓練内容があるか、通いやすい場所や雰囲気かなどがあります。支援員とうまく進められそうかという部分も、見学・体験のときにみるようにするとよいでしょう。
